Simplify poultry management with this fully automatic coop door that operates independently using ambient light detection. The integrated light sensor triggers smooth opening at sunrise and secure closing at dusk, aligning with your flock's natural behaviour while eliminating manual door duties. Constructed from robust, weather-resistant plastic, its IP44-rated housing repels rain and moisture effectively, maintaining structural integrity without warping or colour fading over seasons. Power is supplied by 3 AA batteries (not included), with a clear flashing indicator signalling when replacements are needed to ensure continuous operation. Designed for universal compatibility, its compact 13.7 x 9.5 inch (34.8 x 24.1 cm) frame fits most coops, while the 9.8 x 7.8 inch (24.9 x 19.8 cm) inner door accommodates standard-sized chickens and ducks. For controlled daylight access, simply cover the light-sensitive area. This reliable system offers consistent security against predators while granting birds freedom, making it an essential upgrade for hassle-free smallholding.
